When are my Spotify statistics updated?

Every day at 12:00 we retrieve the Spotify statistics for your podcast(s) from Spotify. This process takes a few minutes, after which you can immediately see the new statistics in the statistics dashboard. Since Spotify only makes the statistics from the previous day available at 12:00, we cannot retrieve them earlier.

When retrieving the statistics, we get almost all the data at once for your podcast. This includes the number of starts, streams, unique listeners, and followers. The graph showing the distribution of listening moments (at the bottom of the page) has to be requested separately from Spotify. For each episode, we need to retrieve the number of starts for each hour of the day (24) separately. This process takes significantly longer. Therefore, this graph may be 1 to 2 days behind.
