Add team members to a show
Within Studio, there are three roles per show. The 'owner' is the account administrator and the person who created the show in Studio. As the owner, you can invite team members and give them the role of 'editor' or 'reviewer'.
Rights per role
The editor is the person who edits the audio. As editor, you can upload new audio versions in Studio and receive feedback on them. As editor, you process this feedback.
The reviewer is a person who can give feedback on episodes.
Adding team members
As owner, you can add unlimited team members to your show. You do this by clicking on the 'teams' tab at the top. Then press 'New team member'.
Then add a desired e-mail address and give this person the desired role.
Click on 'Invite user'. The editor and/or reviewer receives an invitation by e-mail asking them to accept the invitation. This person has 72 hours to do so. If the invitation is accepted, the person in question is directed to a registration form to complete data. The person thus creates own login details.
