What to do when 'Activate your Apple ID' message appears when logging in to Apple Podcasts Connect
You try to log in to Apple Podcasts Connect with your Apple ID, but you get the message "Activate your Apple ID". This even though you have already completed all the steps for activation. What can you do?
There are three options:

Do you have an iPhone or other iOS device (such as an iPad or iMac?) You can log in on the device via settings with the Apple ID you created and accept the Terms and Conditions there.
Alternatively, you can log in with your Apple ID on the Itunes app and accept the Terms and Conditions there. You can then log out again.
Now you can see if you can log in to
Apple Podcasts Connect.Unable to do this? Then try option 2.
Option 2: 'Authorise a Mac or PC'
Option 3: Download iTunes store and log in
1. Download the iTunes Store app on your device
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Accept the terms and conditions
Still no luck? Then contact Apple via
this page, enter the words Podcast Connect as the search term and you will be given the option to call about your query.
